Drilling Fluids Solidification Reagent -Description

 This is a powdered reagent used for the solidification and stabilization of drilling fluids and other liquid waste streams. It is a non-hazardous, non-toxic, chemically inert reagent specifically designed to solidify liquid wastes to meet the Paint Filter Test (PFT) and the Toxicity Characteristic Leaching Procedure (TCLP) for Heavy Metals. Typical dosage will be 0.75 -2% wt/wt.

Semi Solids and Sludge Solidification Reagent – Description

This reagent consists of a proprietary blend, incorporating both absorbent and adsorbent materials, resulting in low addition requirements to meet solids disposal criteria.  It is non-hazardous, non-toxic, chemically inert, non-dusty and absorbs very quickly.  It is ideal for solidifying semi-solids and sludges to pass the Paint Filter Test (PFT). Typical dosages for it is 0.25 -1% wt/wt.

Oil Based and Inert Cuttings Solidification Reagent – Description

This reagent has been engineered to effectively solidify oil based and invert cuttings. It is non-hazardous, non-toxic, chemically inert, and consists of naturally occurring minerals. The typical dosage is 2 -3% wt/wt, and it has proven to be a superior product to traditional bulking agents such as sawdust or fly ash.
